- Click on the "Register" button.
- Fill up the required information in the form.
- Confirm the OTP sent by iwenze to your Gmail account by inserting it in the form on the iwenze platform.
- If the email belongs to you, a success message will show that the email is yours, then you are good to go!





- Once logged in, browse the marketplace and click on the item name as shown on the picture below to proceed with the purchase.
- A page displays the product details and variants (if any), click on "Buy Now"
- Select your delivery option.
- Choose your payment method, view the purchase summary and fill in required payment information. If you choose (Shipping) as your delevery option, provide the delivery address and the shipping fee will be applied.
- In case you choose to pay with your e-money account, a push message(USSD) will be sent on your phone for you to confirm the payment by typing your e-money account password within 40 seconds, otherwise the transaction will be aborted.
- If you chose to make the payment with your credit card, after hitting the (Pay) button, you will be redirected to a page allowing you to type your bank account credentials securely in order to complete the transaction.












- Go to the buyer dashboard.
- Locate the order you want to complete and click the "Deliver" button.
- Insert the delivery code provided by the buyer or delivery person.
- Wait for the request to be processed.
- If successful, you will receive your payment on the e-money account you've set for your store.
